I experimented with building this piece using scraps.
The head structure was built using plastic bottles, cardboard, and wire, then shaped with aluminum foil and newspaper.
For the body, I constructed the backbone using plywood, lumber, and bent PVC pipes, then added a layer of newspaper as the paintable surface.

constructed the backbone using plywood, lumber (for rigging points), and bent PVC pipes as ribs

Apply acrylic with brushes and sponges, using partially melted red foam to create the muscle, then applying a white glue mixture with white paint to simulate fat.
The entire process was carried out in the vent room and left to dry.
